Extremely poor quality for the price.I am a supporter of small companies if quality matches price.I ordered a handbag and was shocked by how bad the quality was so I asked for an exchange because they do not except returns the second bag was just the same.I know these are handmade but they are going to have to do better. Vera Bradley does this type of bag way better and more durable.I am glad I did not give this to my daughter for Christmas she would have been very disappointed.I bought her a vintage Coach bag lightly used in perfect condition all pebbled leather for the same price as this Erin made bag.Just be prepared this company doesnt except returns not good.If you want a long lasting quilted bag this is not it.Very poorly made,sorry for the negative review just giving my honest opinion.
