Emma Reversible Tote

0 communication. I had to email several times and continue to comment on their Instagram posts until they responded to me. The bag showed up reeking of cigarette smoke. Everyone in the room smelled it as soon as I opened it. I emailed to let them know I’d like to return it and after emailing twice I finally got a response. And they told me to “air it out or soak it in detergent”. Both options are absolutely unreasonable for a bag that hasn’t even been taken out of the package.

The shipping bag was fully intact when it arrived (they asked for photos to try to blame the delivery company) the inner package was taped with scotch tape. The only thing I can assume is that it was returned by someone and then sent to me.

Nevertheless, I suffer from migraines that are triggered by scent. Guess I’m out $120 since the solution was for me to wash a bag that’s never been used.

The pattern’s cute though.
